-Chosen by Founder and the Leaders
-Must have been in the clan for at least 2 years and held Co-Leader rank for 1 year minimum
-Computer literate
-Knowledge of HTML and experience with websites
-Must be active for at least 2-3 hours a day and active on forums
Leader Rank Benefits:
-Operator status in the channel/complete access to all bots
-Access to post news on the main site, as well as admin access on www.2xx.org
-Can sponsor trials without another member
-Can appoint their own Co-Leader
-Unlimited webspace/bandwidth on www.2xx.org along with a name@2xx.org e-mail address

2: Co-Leader Requirements: (2)
-Appointed by one Leader
-Must have been in the clan for at least 1 year, previous rank does not matter
-Computer literate
-Knowledge of HTML
-Must be active for at least 2-3 hours a day and active on forums
Co-Leader Benefits:
-Operator status in the channel/complete access to all bots
-Access to post news on the main site, as well as admin access on www.2xx.org
-Can sponsor trials without another member

-Voted on by Co-Leaders/Elder Council/Leaders at the meeting
-Must have been in the clan for at least 8 months, held High Council rank for at least 4 months

-Must be active for at least 2-3 hours a day and active on forums
Elder Council Rank Benefits:

-Voted on by all members at the meeting
